NET Framework 4 installer error (HRESULT: 0xc8000222)

There are following steps perform resolving this problem.

Step-1: First of Close Error.

Step-2: Open cmd in Administrator.
Step-3: Type this command and then Enter "net stop WuAuServ"
Step-4: Open Run and Type %Windir% and then Ok.
Step-5: Rename the folder SoftwareDistribution to SDold.
Step-6: Open cmd in Administrator.


Step-7: Type this command and then Enter "net start WuAuServ"
Step-8 : Restart your system and then install it.
