how to increase the size of pst file in outlook 2007 | 2010 | 2013 | 2016

Many followers and friends told me for this solutions.

There are following steps for that

Step-1 :  Open Run Menu and Type "regedit" and then Enter.

Step-2 : Edit Outlook "PST" size limit using registry easily.

We can easily modify in different ms office version using following registry. We can increase 100gb size. Please find below path

Outlook 2013: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\PST
Outlook 2013: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Outlook\PST
Outlook 2010: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\PST
Outlook 2007: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\PST
Outlook 2003: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\PST
If, You can not see "PST" key, You can create own "PST" key using following steps.

(A) First of all Expand "HKEY_CURRENT_USER".

(B) Then Expand "Software"

(C) Then Expand " Microsoft"

(D) Then Expand "Office"

(E) Right Click on "Outlook" and select "NEW" and Click on "KEY" 

(F) Create New "KEY" name as "PST".

(G) Open "PST" Key using double click. Create two "DWord" Value using following Name and Values as Decimal.

DWord (32bit )Name: "WarnLargeFileSize" Value: "4090445042" (decimal) or "f3cf3cf2" (hexadecimal)

DWord (32bit) Name: "MaxLargeFileSize" Value: "4294967295" (decimal) or "ffffffff" (hexadecimal)

Step-3: Restart Your System and then check it.
