There are following steps perform:
1. Go Tools Menu-> Account Settings
2. Click on Data Files.
3. Click on Add button.
4. Click on Ok button.
5. Keep Specific Name and then Ok.
6. Keep Specific Name again and then Ok.
7. Select PST (IT) and Click on Set as default and then ok.
8. Close your outlook.
9. Start your Outlook.
10. Go Tools Menu-> Account Settings
11. Click on New button
12. Configure your outlook using account.
13. Go on Email tab and find Change folder that apear below and select your pst file and its inbox then ok
You can also add multiple account using above steps.
