Printer settings could not be saved. Operation could not be completed (error 0x000006d)

When We shared printer that time occurred this time error.
This is a problem of firewall.
There are following steps for that
Step-1 : First of check your firewall on or off. Please off your firewall.
Step-2: If your firewall not opened, open run menu and type "services.msc".
Step-3: Find Windows Firewall Service and double click on this service.
Step-4: Select Startup Type "Automatic".
Step-5: Click on "Start" button and Apply and Ok.
Step-6: Restart your system and check it.
