There are following steps for "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000135). Click OK to close the application".

Step-1: First of Open Run Menu and type cmd and then click on Ok button. That time internet must be required internet.

Step-2: Type below command and press Enter.

1. DISM.exe /online /enable-feature /all /featurename:NetFx3

Step-3: It's asking "Do you want to restart the computer now? (Y/N)" that press "Y".

Step-4: Type below command and press Enter.

2. DISM.exe /online /enable-feature /all /featurename:NetFx4

Step-5: When complete the process below screen appeared.

Now, You can open "Server Manger".
