Many followers and friends told me for this solutions.
There are following steps for that
Step-1: First of all open excel sheet that perform macro.
Step-2: Go to View Menu.
Step-3: Click on Macro Arrow button->Record Macro.
Step-4: Assign Macro Name like as "Report"
Step-5: Assign Shortcut Key Like as "CTRL+SHIFT+R"
Step-6: Assing Store Macro in "Personal Macro Workbook.
Step-7: Click on OK.
Step-8: Start typing or Formating.
Step-9: When your completed your work; Go to view Menu-> Stop Recording.
Step-10: When You will required this types of formating or data just press "CTRL+SHIFT+R".
